The Customer Service Associate will be key to the team's success, providing exceptional customer support in a busy and fast-paced environment. You must have strong customer service and administration skills, a degree is desirable but not necessary to be successful, as well as experience of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. This is a very busy role and the ability to stay calm under pressure is key, along with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask and communicate with customers face to face on a daily basis.


Customer Service Associate Role :

This is a key role within the company focussed on proactively generating new business leads to obtain customer retention for our client. This fast-paced role will utilize your skills in face-to-face communication along with your keen attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Completing allocated tasks in connection with customer purchases.

  • Work towards industry targets and qualifications within a predetermined time scale.

  • sales management - consistently deliver exceptional service to our customers.

  • Continuously challenging the ways in which our client does things to improve their sales and customer service strategies, minor or major you'll be a major force in driving continuous change and improvement.


Applicant Profile:

  • Customer service-oriented and agile personality

  • Well organized and detail-oriented

  • High School degree or higher

  • Fluent in English

  • Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are preferred

  • Strong face to face contact handling skills and active listening

  • Ability to prioritize and adapt to different characters
