We are looking for a bright, dynamic individual with strong entrepreneurial skills for an important and well-respected brand. You will handle inquiries from customers who are interested in purchasing our client's products. You will do your utmost to convert leads and inquiries into completed applications.

We thrive in a fast-paced environment of dynamic individuals whose dedication to providing a quality experience with the consumer reflects on the client’s demand for our approach. By utilizing face-to-face experience we establish personal connections and long-term relationships.


What you will be doing:

  • Convert provided sales leads to completed applications

  • Work hard to exceed targets and KPI’s

  • Act compliantly at all times

  • Representing our clients brand and driving sales

  • Building productive relationships with customers and providing them with detailed product and sales support.

  • Explaining products confidently

  • Maximizing brand awareness and communicating new promotion opportunities

Job Requirements

What you should have

  • Strong, personal communication skills

  • Articulateness, Numeracy, and good IT skills

  • Objection handling ability

  • Enthusiasm, energy, passion for results and team-spirit

  • Previous customer-facing work and good references

  • A passion for completing all tasks to the highest standard and be driven by results

  • Very strong relationship building skills and pride yourself in your ability to deliver excellent customer service

  • The ability to work on your own initiative and effectively manage your own workload
