Full Circle is seeking an individual with strong customer service skills, a positive attitude and attention to detail to fill an ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER position for two Chicago properties: 5150 Northwest Highway and Milwaukee Avenue apartments.

As an ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER you will report to the Property Manager and be responsible for maintaining the financial records for the properties, assisting in accounting functions, maintain relationships with current and prospective residents and cultivate relationships with your team members. Your work day will consist of PROCESSING RECERTIFICATIONS, INTERIMS AND EIV REPORTS.

Job Requirements

Daily Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

· Processing initial, annual and interim recertifications for Section 8

· Processing initial and annual recertifications for LIHTC participants

· Identify and resolving households with income reporting discrepancies

· Processing the monthly HAP request

· Managing and updating the EIV binder

· Running Quarterly Reports and resolving findings

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience in performing recertifications and who has great customer service skills.

COS and TCS certifications are preferred.
