Job Description

Our client is an IT services company providing an array of software, data management, cloud, and other consulting services and solutions. Today’s increasingly virtualized business environments means growing demand in their valuable tools and services. Having been in the business for over 20 years means our client is well positioned to take the lead in this growing market.

Right now our client is seeking to hire 4 new Inside Sales Reps. With a focus on promoting our custom CRM (Customer Relations Management) software, you will begin sourcing new business relationships over the phone with executive-level decision makers. As you gain a greater understanding of our client’s products and services, you will quickly move into full Account Manager role, continuing to source new business while managing and growing existing accounts. Among the qualifications we seek:

  • At least 1 year of B2B Inside Sales experience (outbound telesales is MUST)
  • Strong proficiency in highly technical products or IT related services
  • Confident ability to use the phone (outbound) as well as face to face presentations (Zoom, Skype, MS Teams)
  • Ability to utilize social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and other online tools for market research and new client engagement
  • Ability to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals
  • Manage a busy calendar of follow-up calls/emails as well as your daily pipeline of outbound lead generation
  • Manage Live Chat and occasional inbound calls/inquiries

Qualified candidates must show a drive and desire to succeed and take their career to the next level. You must have confident, B2B communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Candidates that meet this criteria have ample opportunity for financial and professional growth.

Starting base pay is $40k + commissions = $60 to $80k first year.
