As a Levy Human Resources Manager, you will be involved with nearly all programs and services that relate to the company's human resources initiatives at the Home Office. You will be involved in talent acquisition & recruitment, training & talent development, recognition, employee relations and other projects related to our people efforts. You will contribute to the innovation and execution of various processes and tasks in support of the entire human resources department. Reporting to the Home Office Director of HR, you will also be responsible for managing the logistics, systems, and data side of Home Office human resources activity - ensuring the most effective and efficient use of resources. What the Role is * Enhance and support execution of global recognition & anniversary programs * Support managers with payroll/LOA escalation guidance and communication * Manage HR compliance for the Home Office * Support managers as benefits liaison with administration and communication * Support Home Office TA/Recruiting sourcing and selection * Support in development of team member relocation guidelines * Oversee Home Office charitable arm and cultural activities * Communicate Company well-being initiatives * Support execution of team member engagement survey action planning Who you are * 3+ years in a professional Human Resources role * Demonstrate strong personal attributes that include: teamwork, professionalism and relationship building * Excellent communication skills and attention to detail * Bachelor's degree * Reporting and Excel Skills, Dependability, Confidentiality, Independence Levy is an equal opportunity employer.
