Service Dispatch Coordinator


Our client, located in Vernon Hills, is currently seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years customer service experience and the flexibility to work overtime and some weekends.

This is an exciting temp to hire opportunity, beginning immediately. Starting compensation of $20-$22/hr.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

  • Dispatch service providers meeting customer required response times and within budget per call
  • Process all service paperwork
  • Dispatch for customer start up/installation processes
  • Document customer/install information through the database
  • Follow up with customers after service and installation
  • Ensure that all service providers are paid in a timely manner
  • Review, process or rejects incoming warranty claims for parts and labor
  • Respond to questions regarding warranty procedures and processing

Experience Required:

  • 1+ years prior customer service experience
  • Positive enthusiastic demeanor and customer orientation
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Strong follow up skills
  • Flexibility to work overtime and a rotation weekend schedule.
