Web and Digital Marketing Director / Sr. Director

Enverus is the leading SaaS company focused on the energy industry. Our marketing team is responsible for partnering with sales to drive revenue for the company. The Enverus web site is our face to the industry and plays a significant role in our demand and engagement strategy. In addition, we execute campaigns using digital channels including email, SEM/SEO, Social Media, ABM and other channels.

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Web and Digital Marketing Director to lead the team and be responsible for defining, implementing and managing the overall company's web and digital marketing strategies to drive revenue for the business.

Web and Digital marketing strategies are extremely important for our company's success, so your role will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives.

We are expecting this leader to have prior experience in developing and executing web strategies, testing strategies, and developing and pitching ideas for innovation and optimization that will take our lead generation to the next level.

Responsibilities

  • Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy;
  • Develop a web strategy and roadmap to drive and optimize demand from enverus.com
  • Manage and train the team; identify gaps and ensure organization is built for scale
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices; identify and prioritize innovations
  • Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels
  • Work with the team to develop processes that improve automation, workflow
  • Drive strategic recommendations for campaigns, in coordination with integrated marketing team
  • Define and measure ROI and KPIs
  • Prepare and manage web and digital marketing budget
  • Oversee all the company's social media accounts
  • Measure and manage online content, work with stakeholder to ensure content is compelling and effective
  • Track SEO and Google Analytics data and make complex analysis
  • Build inbound marketing plan
  • Organize and lead digital marketing team of 8
  • Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Develop strategy for integrating acquired company websites to optimize performance
  • Partner with sales and others outside of marketing including executive team to share progress and results
  • Develop strong relationships and partner with integrated marketing, operations, content strategy and others in marketing to drive most effective results for digital and web

Digital Marketing Director requirements

  • Prior experience developing and managing the web strategy for a B2B company focused on lead generation via the web with proven results
  • 10 years of experience as a Web Marketing Director or Digital Marketing leader
  • 10 years of experience in developing and implementing web and digital marketing strategies
  • In depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels
  • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software
  • Basic knowledge of web design procedures
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company‚Äôs success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
