Diagnostic developers translate engineering information, repair strategies and other information sources into coherent and cohesive data points and consistent language and direction for our dealer and customer technicians. These activities directly impact a technician's ability to diagnose and repair our vehicles correctly and efficiently, thus impacting both customers' uptime and client's warranty expense. They support new program launches as well as current products and are currently an important key to achieving our mission in the area of remote and autonomous diagnostics, without which, we cannot succeed long-term in the trucking industry. The diagnostic development team is not adequately staffed today to support the addition of EV products to our portfolio as well as other new product programs.
