We are searching for someone who is looking to work a PERMANENT position with a Medical Technician, Medical Laboratory Technician, or Registered Veterinary Technician certification in the Cincinnati, OH location!
Must have:

  • Must be ready to take the next steps in leadership. Accountable for selecting the right team for your location. Responsible for the quality of your results and the delight of your customers!
  • Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, review and participate in the work of staff responsible for performing chemical, biological, and physical tests of laboratory samples.
  • Ability to operate, troubleshoot and supervise the use of all clinical laboratory equipment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, develop and work within a clinical laboratory team, including creative problem solving and flexibility to meet rapid growth.
  • 5+ years of clinical laboratory experience
  • Experience working with Beckman, Advia, Immulite, Clinitek, Stago STarT, or other similar instruments
  • Have experience with processing urine, hematology, chemistry, immunoassay, O&P/fecal specimens
  • Have a great attitude, are truly a team player willing to work late if needed, dependable, reliable, and have strong work ethics!
  • Must have solid experience in clinical laboratory operations with comprehensive knowledge of high throughput hematology, chemistry, immunoassay, urinalysis, O&P/fecal and related analyzers/diagnostics experience.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships within a laboratory setting
  • Strong IT and LIS experience
  • Have robust organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to problems solve and handle situations accordingly
  • AMT or ASCP accepted!
  • CVT/RVT/VT is recommended, but not required
