We are looking for business developers who enjoy cold calling that would be interested in applying their skills to recruiting.

Not the typical recruiting model.

You will be paid for the hours you spend on a search. Hourly rate is negotiable based on your experience. Placement bonuses and business development commissions available as well.

This position is home based with flexible hours/work schedule. Ideal for

  • business developers that want a regular income
  • ¬†independent recruiters that are tired of having to do their own business development
  • corporate recruiters who want to stay home and have flexible hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with recruiting team to determine staffing needs and recruitment strategy in a very fast paced-success oriented enviorment
  • Sourcing through cold calling,networking, LinkedIn and job boards
  • Performing phone/FaceTime/Skype interviews with candidates
  • Administering appropriate company assessments
  • Performing reference checks
  • Coordinating and managing the interview process
  • Maintaining relationships with candidates to ensure positive experience
  • Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
  • Use ATS to track activity

Skills:

  • Proven work experience as a recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) or experience in a commission selling environment
  • Solid ability to conduct interviews through behavior based questioning
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
  • Ablility to think outside the box in order to fill positions quickly
  • High comfort with cold calling to source candidates in an ever changing enviorment within a variety of industries
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • High EQ
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Team player
