Material Handler Trainer (3rd Shift)

The material handler trainer will be working 12 hour (7pm-7am) and sometimes required to start at 6pm. That gives you 3-4 days off each week! When you join the team you will be training material handlers to take bundles of magazines off a pallet and placing them on a conveyor line or removing bundles off of the conveyor line and preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities may also include checking-in associates at 6pm at the start of the shift, incident reporting, and general coaching of material handlers.

Requirements: 

  • Demonstrated experience in leadership, coaching, and training
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attendance
