A leading national real estate firm in Chicago is in need of an administrative Brokerage Coordinator to join their team! The Brokerage Coordinator will assist the team with various marketing and administrative needs. This is a temporary opportunity that will be compensated $20/hr.


Responsibilities of the Brokerage Coordinator:

  • Administrative support including calendar management and meeting preparation
  • Field incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner
  • Enter new and maintain existing data in Salesforce database
  • Track expenses and prepare expense reports
  • Coordinate and schedule internal conferences and meetings
  • Other administrative and marketing duties as needed

Job Requirements

Requirements of the Brokerage Coordinator:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience in marketing a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint
  • Salesforce and InDesign a plus
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
